Q: I want get divorce from my hindu wife and get merried to muslim woman

I am 38 years old hindu person with two kids and my wife is hindu and want mutual divorce from me. I had search muslim woman with two kids and she is agree for waiting my divorce. She had only tripple talak no any divorce proof. Kindly advise me.

first if tripal talaq is not so much valid then she have to file mutual divorce case in family court without any agreement divorce not possible...you have to file divorce case or divorce agreement for proof of divorce then you have to marriage again

first ask them which court and then go to the court and cancel warrants then hire advocate then file plea and proceed then you have show the cheque amount then after you will do if cheque amount low then sattlment otherwise you have fight

Hello,nMy dad passed away a while back. My grandfather passed away last year and passed everything to my grand mother. But my uncles did not gave me will or got probate and got all the money in my grandmother account by nomination. Now my grand mother has passed away. Again, the will of my grand mother is not shared. Both my grand parents stayed with my uncle.As per Hindu law,n1) Is my grandfather will still active? I am told that it said after his death all his assets are for her wife. If he dies after my grandmother then hehad made various provisions - I don't know about them!n2) Can my grandmother will stand where all money from grandfather is claimed as nomination but no probate is taken?n3) whom to send notice?nnAppreciate your help,nThank you

aap unka death certificate rakh ke procedure kar sakte ho usse apka kam ho jayega or koi problm nahi hoga if agar pedhinama nahi he to unka death certificate se apka kam ho jayega or apko unka sare docent bhi rakhne padege
