Q: Remarrying to someone without legally divorce in India
My fiance got married on 6th march 2025 and separated on 27 march 2025. A mutual compromise agreement was signed between Him and his wife which states that they have agreed to live separately from each other and not to interfere in each others personal lives, affairs or matter henceforth. Therefore can I marry him now in India

Q: Torture by son and his wife in our owned house
My son is in SBI. Recently My wife was hospatlized for 20 days. Our daughter in law alonghwith our son are torturing , disobeying, misbehaving, torturing and not caring her mother. House is our self owned property. Instead of serving us they are torturing us for financial help. We have no pension and meagre money of bank interest on which they are eyed on. We both are on heavy medicines and need nutrioious food, medicines, doctors consultation, test reports etc etc.
