Q: Guidance Needed: 420 FIR Settlement i Other Party Refuses Court Appear
I am involved in a 420 FIR case, and we agreed to settle by paying money. I am planning to pay in two installments, In bank cheque but the other party insists on full payment and agree to give or sign compromise agreements. But if after getting whole amount and even signing agreement and refuses to appear before the court . The charge sheet hasn’t been filed yet. And another thing should I approach the Magistrate or the High Court to quash the FIR.
