Sir/madam കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു... ഞാൻ 8 മാസം pregnent ആണ്... കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മുതൽ സ്ത്രീധനം കുറഞ്ഞുപോയത്തിൻ്റെ പേരിൽ നിരന്തരം മാനസികമായി ഹുസ്ബാൻ്റിൻ്റെ വീട്ടുകാർ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു... Pregnent ആയപ്പോ എന്നെ ആ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കിവിട്ടു....എൻ്റെ ഗോൾഡ് എല്ലാം പിടിച്ചു വാങ്ങി... ഇത്രയും നാൾ ഒരു രൂപ പോലും ചിലവിനു തരുകയോ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കാണിക്കാൻ തറുകയോ ചെയ്തില്ല... ഇപ്പൊൾ husbant ൻ്റ്റെ ആധാർ കാർഡ് കോപ്പി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കൊടുക്കാൻ ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഈ കുഞ്ഞ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ അല്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് എന്നെ ഇറക്കി വിട്ടു.... അത് ചോദിക്കാൻ ചെന്ന എന്നെയും സഹോദരനെയും അമ്മയെയും പോലീസ് കേസ് കൊടുത്തു സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ കയറ്റി....ഗർഭിണി ആയ എന്നെ മാനസികമായി ഒരുപാട് വിഷമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു... എൻ്റെ വീട്ടുകാർക്ക് എന്നെയോ കുഞ്ഞിനെയം നോക്കാനുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക ശേഷി ഇല്ല... ചിലവിന് കിട്ടാൻ ഞാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം.... Husbant ൻറ്റെ വീടുകർക്കേതിരെ എനിക്ക് എന്ത് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയും.... എനിക്ക് divorce വേണ്ട.... But എൻ്റെ ഗോൾഡ് എല്ലാം തിരികെ വേണം ചിലവിന് പൈസ തരണം.... please help

Hi you can approaches the concerned family court and also Jurisdictional Magistrate court for getting maintenance and other necessary orders. You can prove the peternity of the child through DNA test.

Q: My sister sent out from husbands house and they didnt return the jewel

Hi, My sister was sent out from her husband house few years back, they didnt return the jewels and he is not giving any money to the child also

As per Family court Act. you can file OP before the concerned family court for return of Gold ornaments. But it may take time. So as an alternative you can file complaint before the concerned police station.

Q: Can i install cctv inside my home

There is domestic violence and decorate case in the court wit my wife.she wants to share my house by protection law,the problem is that she had a tendency to wounded herself and attacking me. So I want to install a cctv in kitchen living room, visters room , sitout and in my bedroom,she is using other bed room,i will not install camera in bathroom or in her bedroom,i like to know the legal side

Q: I want to Know procedures of cheque bounce case.

One of my relatives gave a cheque to an individual but it bounced , so what are its procedures ???? Is there any way to take bail and anticipatory bail for him ???
