It's been 7months for my marriage in starting they all r very good to me but day by day they change their behaviour changes.my document file everything is locked nd they refused. no you can not sell land to outsiders of himachal . even a non agriculturist himachali can not buy or sell land in himachal. read himachal pradesh land reforms act 1972the person interested to buy land in himachal had to seek permission under section 118.
