Courier company burnt my luggage and belongings. What to do ?

Sir, I am a defence personal (Air Force). I got posted from Bangalore to hasimara (WB). I booked my luggage and bike (krizma) by GATI courier company. After 10 days they informed me that due to fire accident at yashwantpur (Bangalore) rly stn all my items brunt out. All my luggage and bike was just remain as ash. The company gave NOC and asked me to claim against Railway. But Railway refused. Sir was loses 1.5 lakh(app). What should I do.?
Hi,You need to lodge FIR with railway station police then you can claim the money from insurer, if your vehicle insured. You can not claim from railway dept. If you opted for travel baggage insurance then you can claim against your baggage. approach lawyer as early as possible preferably in less than 1 week of time after the incident.
