Wife unlawfully occupied joint property & blackmailing now, what to do

Hi sir, I and my wife have joint registration property with in Hyderabad (60 Lakhs). we separately living around 2 years due to small dispute. We used to stay in that home, My wife changed door locks (Kabja) and she changed EMI on her name without my presence. They are black mailing me if I go to the home, they will complain police on various cases (Rape, 307,etc). She is not willing to stay with me, What should I do. what is injection order? is that applicable in my case, can she sell the house without my signature. how much cost to get an injection order. I have 2 kids Please suggest me a better lawyer and reasonable amount.
