Whether pattas are getting dismissed by government

Sir . My father have a land patta for pasusala in village of bijnor utterpradesh .now my father want to make residence there . Sir I have heared that the pattas r getting dissmissed by up government . Sir we are very worried about this . Constitution for making home is continue . Sir I want to know that is any legal problem or dismissal of patta can be occur . As our shop is there for our survival We are in Great trouble . . Sir plz help me I will be highly thankful to you
Patta system has been a very old and important record of land ownership. It is a very important record of ownership. Transactions involving the land in question require a Patta. It can also be used to establish the right of ownership in a court of law. Compensation from land acquired by the Government is a major problem. But it can be easily solved if the owner of the property has a Patta in her/his name. This proves, beyond doubt, ownership of the property and remuneration could be obtained without much of a hassle. Hence the Patta system followed cannot discontinue and you shall not worry.
