Society putting fine for parking vehicle at wrong place

I have been a resident for 8 years now and have been parking my motorcycle in the builder designated parking space for 2 wheelers. On 5.7.15, a law was passed in the socieity with respect to parking penalizing wrongly parked vehicles with 200/- for every instance. But there has been no information as to what were the designated 2 wheeler parking areas of if they have been changed from what was allocated by the builder. On 3.3.26, my motorcycle was forcibly removed without prior intimation. When I raised a question to the RWA, they imposed a heavy penalty on me. Please advice.
