Sister denied to give ownership of property what can be done

I Would like to share my case in here, and please suggest me accordingly. Case - I am in huge debt due to hospitalization on father, who had cancer. later on property has named to all nominees such as 4 sister, mother & me . (3 sisters are married out of 4, ) My one elder sister (married on 1995) have been denied to give ownership of property to me, Also, not agree for separation property from me as we have agreed to give her property. Due to this stuck situation, I am unable take loan on property or sale for younger sister’s marriage. Please suggest what can I do?

You can file suit for declaration in the local court where the property is located. Here you can get your share of the property.You can file suit for declaration in the local court where the property is located. Here you can get your share of the property.

If your father is expired and the names of the successors are mentioned in the title of the said property, then the ownership of the property remains undivided and collective. If you are willing to have your own share separated in the property to dispose the same, then you might need to file a partition suit. But the details of the case need to be seen.
