Effect of GST implementation on registration of flat

Can you please confirm if it would be advisable to register my flat in under construction building before GST kicks in? As of now individual Khata is available and my property is approved by BMRDA and in CMC limits.
GST is not to be levied on properties. So GST wont have any affect on property registration whatsoever. GST is being introduced in lieu of Value added tax which applies on goods and services only . You can get property registered even after GST kicks in.
