Construction of Balcony around a Lal Dora house

Hi Sir, I want to check if there is any law for constructing balcony around a house in Lal Dora area of Delhi. Is there any maximum width defined for balconies (of first/second floor) upto which these can be extended from house boundary. Like a house with dimension 20 X 45 (45 is front) have balcony of 3 feet in front that will increase his area to 23 X 45. And can we have any construction of any small washroom like place on these balconies.
