Can mother change ownership of a property without son's permission

Sir one shop on rent in Kolkata which was name of my father .My father is no more, my mother can change the name of owner ship without me?
No, without partition it is not possible. Have your mother already transferred the same? If yes, then you have to file a suit immediately. Make a searching of the property in the concerned registry office. And for any legal assistance feel free to contact with me.
