Can i take possession of land illegally occupied by the other party

I have gpa from owner and the other side person grabbed it and court order in my favour 1 year ago...can i take possession of that land...what would be the process i should follow...its 10acres valued about 130cr

You say you have a court order in your favor. You have not mentioned the nature of relief granted by the Court. If you had filed a suit for recovery of possession. Then you have to file an Execution Petition to enforce the decree and get the possession of the property. But it is some other relief then you have to file a suit for recovery of possession.

Firstly, Advice given after going through legal documents would be more specific but the answer is Yes,you can take surly take possession of the land in a legal manner. you should file a EP (Execution Petition/Proceedings) in the Court and by doing this you can execute the order of the court and you can legally take possession of that land.
