religion hindu . i owned a hose in city centre gwalior .want to builda hostel on top floor can i do that , what legalities are required . kindly answer n detail
As you intended to construct hostel at your house top floor first of all you will have approval for construction and the map. After construction a completion certificate from municipal corporation. As it will be for commercial use, property tax shall be levied accordingly. When you let it you will have inform to local police with full particulars of residents. For convenience of neighbors and law and order will be your responsibility
