Mother drawing pension changed bank branch till date no pension

Mother was drawing Karnataka Government Family Pension. She drew it it till 2014. Thereafter she wanted to transfer the pension to new branch, but till today no documents are received at new branch. But when enquired there was no positive response from the bank. Its been more than 1 year that she is unable to draw her pension. How can she get her pension?
