Implementation of Award of Labour Court

I got Award regarding my illegal dismissal from service from the Labour Court that " In the result the Award is passed holding that the enquiry report is not based on evidence and setting aside the order of dismissal and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service, with continuity of service, with all attendant benefits and with full back wages". What benefits come above said Award as I was fully qualified for promotions at the time of suspension and dismissal from service.
All the benefits you were entitled to at the time of dismissal. Which would also your promotion if it was due. You are being instated at the same position where you were on the last day of your office before being removed from office. This would also include all your back wages
