Unethical change of workplace station

We set of 2 candidates were hired on a different work place than the corporate office due to work process being more easier. While on papers we have the workstation which we signed on our offer letter, teh same has been changed to different station (corporate office) without any intimidation by the HR and the allowance that we were getting on the earlier station for doing shift jobs has been removed. While now our official document has corporate office as our workstation, we still work at the old station (process related) with less allowance.
These are internal issues and the organization might be having hr grievances cell or escalation email id to address such issues. If no response from your hr officer or management in the organization then send a legal notice with the claim for difference of amount unpaid. To officially proceed against employer under unfair labour practice, you need to reach out to the industrial or labour court under unfair labour practice if you qualify as an employee or workmen under labour laws. This is generic advice but to get a proper advice you need to approach any labour lawyer for final remedies available with you.
