For your problem you need to lodge an FIR (First Information Report) to the nearest police station. If the FIR is not lodged by the police.Then you can move a complaint under section 156(3) of CrPC before the Magistrate.



Q: How to get copies of documents from court?

Hello, My grandfather won one case on 1993, now he lost those papers. and also we need these back. So how can I get those papers from the court.

Yes you can get those papers from the court that passed the orders and the court where the case was filed.You have to apply for the certified copy of the documents you required from the concerned court. For that you can engage a local advocate of that court and provide him expenses for the same.

Q: Procedure to pay principal loan amount at once

I took education loan from PNB of RS 390000, I didn't pay a single emi till now, currently outstanding loan amount with interest is 630000, Please let me know that I want to pay principal amount at a one time without interest is there any option I can pay pricipal amount without interest

No legally you are liable to pay each and every rupee along with interest.The only option you have is to seek permission from bank for a one time settlement by which if bank agrees they may provide u a specific amount to pay. But that doesnt mean that u will be allowed to pay only principle amount.

Sir can we file a fresh writ petition in a same court, while matter is decided by the high court. (Between same parties for same relief)

No we cannot file a second writ petition for the same relief sought earlier between the same parties as it is barred by principle of Resjudicata. Though if the court has given a permission in the previous writ petition to file a fresh then one can file.
