Q: To file for the quashing of FIR after the charge sheet is filed
In month of October 2017 my girlfriend lodged a complaint stating that ..I had a sexual intercourse on false promise of marriage and I got anticipatory bail in November 2017.After that she tried to contact me and we again came in relationship and said that she apologize for whatever she did and also said that she will withdraw the complaint and we filed for quashing of FIR in the month of July 2018 but in same month chargesheet got filed by IO. Proceedings hasn't started yet in Sessions court but please tell me how much possibility is there that FIR will be quashed in HIGH COURT as chargesheet is already filed .. or I have to face the trial in sessions court..Can FIR be quashed after the chargesheet is filed?

Q: NC complaint registered by neighbour can i file cross NC complaint
On 29aug2017, my neighbour suddenly assaulted me by flinging a tray. My eye was babdly hurt. After which I filed an NC. She had to sign a bond under section 107. The matter was ended from my end. On 7dec, a stone fell on her daughter from a height . We r 12 flats in that angle and another building is also very close to our vicinity. That stone could have come from anywhere, or may be something has happened outside the building or even in their own house. But they have filed and NC not naming any one. The building is not supporting them in any way. I think this is an act to gain respect or sympathy from the soc after the insult they experienced thru my procedure of 107. But now my qt is 1. How can the police call me with out a proof. Can I take action against the officer. 2. Can I file a cross NC of defamation and under what section sir 3. Can I escalate the bond and make her pay the 10k against her bond.. How should I do that. Thank you n Regards

Yes u can .. but in NC case police are not bound to investigate the matter ...or file private complaint to court as per provision of ipc ..
Q: Procedure to fight 420 case filed by company for cheating.
HI I was working for an organization at a Sr position. The company was a start up and they were into business for last three years. Since it was already three years we had to expand the business i suggested to company to also take up consultancy however my founder was not very convinced by the idea. so i suggested if i do consultancy on my own alongside wid my work and if i get any business i can offer you a 10% consultancy as i may need office support to implement the work and we agreed. However the moment I got my first consultancy order, the founder stared repenting for the decision of not agreeing to my offer and she could not digest the fact that consultancy makes good money. My first consultancy order was for 10lakhs and as promised i gave her 1lakh as 10% commission. But she still threw me out of the job and filed a 420 case against me. Police had arrested me and post 14 days i got my bail the case is still pending in the lower court how do i deal with this...please help
