what are the options available if PIL is rejected in Supreme court.

29-Aug-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
I am studying in Lucknow. My only family member,80yrs old father is in village. I belong to a high share of land but no source of income is there. My father works at R's 3000 pm. I study by gov scholarships. Much land has been occupied. My father is beaten up, tortured and harassed. Few don't want us to be in village and occupy the remaining share land also. Even for land few villagers got my father declared dead in the Tehsil Kutumbh Register and made that no successor is there. It was done by his own brother. Authorities do nothing. A time is coming when either we will be killed or to save life, will have to migrate else where and settle down. It comes under category 7 of PIL Guidelines but my letter to Supreme Court was not taken up saying that it doesn't come. Even they did not show my letter status on website till today also. When after months I had no option than to call and ask,I was told that it was not taken up.

Hello dear,
Well- The PIL has been rejected from SCI.
Therefore, it is requested you to meet me after taking an appointment for the further proceedings which shall not only take care of your properties and the rest.

Beating your father is offence under IPC sec 323,324,325 etc as per the situation[ which you have not stated] and weapons used and injuries. Illegal occupation of your land and false entry in Tehsil Kutumbh Register are also offences for which you should approach police and if they take no action then you can approach Courts u/s 156[3]. You have not quoted what Supreme Court stated in your case, so revert with details. Supreme Court is not a trial court and trial can only be carried out by court having Jurisdiction.
