I want to file pention under article 32 for violation of my fundamental right guaranteed under article 21, Police harassing me and my mother, my fundamental right violate I am from middle class family. I want a lawyer in affordable fee

You are very well within your rights to file petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and you can directly seek remedy from there. However, it’s my strong advise to go by the procedure and firstly approach the High Court.

A petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India can be filed before the Supreme Court for the enforcement of fundamental rights, including the right to life and personal liberty under Article 21. In circumstances involving police harassment or unlawful state action resulting in infringement of such rights, the Supreme Court is empowered to grant relief and issue
