Whether healthcare professional startups are exempted from Tax

Healthcare professionals are exempted from tax. If a startup, providing telemedicine platform in healthcare can also be exempted from taxes. Or should it pay service tax?
As per the new Make in India Policy and Start Up India Policy, Startups which are recognised as startups are exempt from taxes for the initial 3 years of establishment. It is advisable that you go through these policies and guidelines for further clarity.
