i want to open hookah lounge so what certificate need
Please take note of following -
1. You are required to take licences from Municipal Corporation, Police Commissioner office, excise department and FSSAI.
2. Your restaurant space and smoking space should be bifurcated at your place, it shall be nearby to a school/ college/ or hospital (500 meter difference is required), your customer age should be as per the age decided by the state government.
3. You need to setup an organization for this company /LLP/ partnership etc.
