a) Company incorporation : depending on the size of your organization , we recommend you to register your organization/ association with the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act, 2013.

b) Website: in order to procure a domain name, you need to register your website/domain name with one of the Domain Name Registrars.

c) Terms and Conditions : the app/website should have some kind of terms and conditions governing the use of the app/website.

d) Trademark: If you have thought of a brand, it is best to file an application at the Indian Trademark Registry at the earliest. There are various ways in which a brand can be protected, initially it is always better to protect your mark as Word and/or Logo/ Label.
