I want to start billiard parlor in chennai with serving snacks and non liquor beverages.Kindly advise us on the same.
A licence to run parlor has to be taken from Corporation of Chennai, Permission from Police, Service Tax registration, Payment of entertainment Tax, and if liquor is served then from the Govt. of Tamil Nadu. Only on personal meeting lot can be discussed.
