Hi, I am launching a startup where i provide chef service. Do i need to get FDA approval for this?

A. Food business operating licence from FSSSAI
B. NOC from fire department
C. Individual licence for delivery boy
D. Verification certification under standards of weight and measure act 1976
E. Eating house license from licencing police commissioner
