Hi, I am planning to start a pharmaceutical distribution through online. So, are there any rules and regulations to be followed for starting online distribution? Is it legal? if I need to take any permission or NOC, whom I should contact.
You would first of all require to be qualified pharmist and after that you will have to execute agreements with all the medicine brand. Further, as per law before selling medicine you would also require prescription.
