Procedure to start a foundation for research centre with crowdfunding

Sir, I've develop an algorithm as a computer program to start a crowdfunding in India like "5DollarGem". Please refer https://5dollargem.com/about-us This is based on money return. i.e. if a member give 300Rs. he will get 600Rs by referring 5 people. This concept has already been running in our country. But I'd like to start this concept for a foundation for research centre which I have to start in our region. The main thought is that talented people and students in research field to be encouraged and motivated by giving us a platform and opportunity. Please kindly give me an advice for me

You need to get your algorithm patented and the same shall be only possiblte if it falls under the exception.
Secondly any other ideas needs to have an IPR protection.
