Hi , i wanna start up a cyber cafe n a hukka parlor ,n would like to seek information regarding their respective license.
Hi! You will have to adhere with the cyber cafe rules and get your cafe registers. Also you will have to seek license from mcd( if you are going to set to the bar in delhi) for selling hookah. There are separate rules for nicotine and non nicotine based hookahs. Not only this, licenses under shops and establishment, license for serving food, anti pollution certificate etc are some more licenses and permissions that you need to have In Place.
