Need help in writing terms and conditions for my website what to do

05-Sep-2023 (In Startup Law)
I'm going to launch a website in which i've planned to provide services like plumbing, electrician, carpenters etc. How do i write the terms and conditions for my website? Do i have to write it all on my own or will i have to approach a lawyer who will write it for me? What if i copy it from another website providing similar services, will it be appropriate?

You can definitely take assistance of a lawyer. I have drafted terms and conditions for a few startups. T&C of 2 websites are never the same as a lot of the clauses depend on the business model and various other policies followed by an organisation.
