Online food services websites like Foodpanda or Tinybowl only facilitate delivery of food and thus, you do not require Food Safety License or any other license. However, you shall have to publish the following on your website :

1) Terms of use/service- This communicates to the user the conditions they agree to, upon using the website. It should also detail terms relating to procedure of ordering food using the website.

2)Privacy Policy- This declares how the business shall use private information provided by the users.

3) Master-Service Agreement- It is a contract between the service provider and the client, consolidating all the terms and conditions governing all future transactions between the parties.

4)Service Level Agreement- It is a contract between a service provider and user that details a framework for provision of service and how downtime will be dealt with, and response time for consumer support. Cost of starting such business shall depend on scale of operating.
