Legal Procedures in case wants to start clothing stalls in fares

Hi , I am starting out a clothing business and have a valid GST in place for it . But now I also plan on setting up stalls at various fares and events for different spans in different places in DELHI/NCR . I want to know if this would require me to attain SHOP & ESTABLISHMENT ACT or do I have to get other permits . I want to clarify the stalls/booth would only be put up for a small time span and then be moved to another location . Please let me know what licenses and permit do I require ?
The stalls and the booth which are installed at various fares and festivals are of temporary nature and they require permission from the one who is organizing that event who in turn is required to seek permission from their authorities. If they are independent authorities then they have to seek permission from the Municipality under which that fare or festival is being organized. What you are supposed to have is a proper billing procedures over where you have your identity under which you are paying your taxes (like GST).
There is no such special requirement over to this for these stalls which are temporary in nature. But at the end of the day all laws relating to the product and the guarantee required over to that product will be applicable to you. every proprietor business operating in Delhi must register under shop and establishment act .one registration number is enough to conduct business.to setup various booth/stalls you don't need any license, but you need permission from fare/event organiser.eg in pragati maidan - you need to pay fee for permit/rent to state trade promotion committee.(info available in their website)
