Legal compliance in starting a food delivery startup like Swiggy

12-Jul-2023 (In Startup Law)
Hi, me and my friends (all engineers) are coming up with a food delivery startup in Kolkata (just like Uber Eats and Swiggy and all) and we have all the tech end as well as the service end ready. But don't know what all legal compliance we need before starting. We heard we need a FSSAI Registration, but don't know what else. Can you please help? Thanks in advance.
