Is secondary ticket business or ticket reselling legal in India? I am referring to transferable tickets, for instance movie, event, concert tickets. In other words, is a ticket buyer authorized under law to sell his ticket in case of failure to attend an event? Which law, if any, governs the ambit of ticket reselling?
If the ticket is non transferable only in that condition it can be barred otherwise it is permissible.
