Is it legal to facilitate selling/buying game accounts in India?
Example: Flipkart is an eCommerce portal that sells items from its inventory. Similarly, is it legal if we develop a portal, that acts as a middleman for buying and selling of game accounts?
So far I have not came across any law which prohibits selling/ buying of game accounts. You can definitely come up with such portal. However, if monetary transactions on this portal are concerned the depending upon the nature of monetary transactions some rules will apply. Whatever you do, never allow your platform to be used for illegal activities.
