Consequences of registering an unestablished pvt limited company

sir, i want to register a private limited company with two directors this company is related to apps,games,software and website development company and the company is not physically established so if i registered this company will i get any notice from government for audit,tax etc.

You can register a Private Limited Company with at least two directors. The process of forming a company is called as "Incorporation of a Company". The entire process involves drafting of Memorandum of Association Articles of Association, getting the certificate of incorporation,etc.
A Company cannot be said to be in existence without registering it. So to have an existence of a Company, which has a separate existence, it has to be registered/incorporated.
You can start any company which has a legal objective and in your case you can certainly start a company which has its objective of developing and selling software/applications,etc. What the company is interested in has to be properly set out in the Memorandum of Association.
Every company has to get its financial statements, that is, Profit and Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, etc audited. It is called as Statutory Audit, which is compulsory as per the Companies Act.
