Bis certification question for my Startup

We are planning to sell power banks under our brand name . We are a bit confused around this bis certification. One of the manufacturers said that they provide bis certified product but we will have to do co-branding and have their logo on the product as well . Could you please help me answer this . Can we have the manufacturer put a note on our packing box saying manufactured by and sell the product with our logo only ? ( the manufacturer says it's not possible ) or will we have to get bis certified ?
Hi. Yes. They are the manufacturers, thus the label should say manufactured by ___mfg co. Name___. You are marketing the product technically, this the label should read marketed by __brand name_____. BIS details from mfg co. can be added.
