Vi care payment not clear and force me to clear today

Hello sir Sir I have failed to payment of vi care dues.The day before yesterday a lady called me regarding this matter and I told her next week I will make payment but today afternoon I got a sms through WhatsApp by a lawyer and force me to clear the payment otherwise legal action Will be proceeding
