Vendor have taken the 10k token amount now not even receiving the call

Sir/Ma’am, I was defrauded by a vendor listed on IndiaMART. I made an online payment of ₹10,000 for a product, but after receiving the money, the vendor stopped responding. I’ve already filed a complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal and contacted IndiaMART support, but no action has been taken yet

File a consumer complaint against India mart, send a legal notice. You can get in touch with me regarding this. The amount is small the vendor might return after a legal notice only, if not file a consumer complaint against both vendor and indiamart
