Someone not giving my money which i give to her

Someone take 1 lakh from me and didn't repay my money,always she says i will give after 1 month after 20 days but didn't repay my money i am very upset as i need money now . please give some help

Do you have any evidence regarding transaction, if yes then we can file a summary suit or else recovery suit. But it is a bit of a lengthy procedure if you need an immediate basis then we have an alternate way, which is a bit complicated. so if you need real time consultancy then contact us
