SBI collection agents calling me and my company for brother's dues.

I am a middle class servicemen in a private sector. My younger brother made a credit card from SBI card and given my no as reference its being 2 years we are separated and he has outstanding on this card. SBI payment collection department agents calling me for the same and abusing with me, they keep calling my company colleagues and My superiors and pressurizing me to pay all this amount and saying they will call in my HR department too. Please suggest me how can i stop them for doing this. Or there is any legal way to stop it.
The SBI cannot harrass you for the claim of money for the card your brother has used. You can file a complaint according to the RBI rules that a person who is not a card holder should not be harassed for what he has not done. You can also file a complain against SBI recovery agent harassing you.
