Recovery of money which form I should prepare for safety concern

Recovery of money in which my laptop Worth 1.5lac where she had given 60k and has 2nd hand laptop it's been 6 month she hadn't return money of 90k when I asked she says she won't proof of something acknowledge in this she had returned so for that I want guide on which agreement should prepare for remaining I will get

Hello First your question is very confusing, and has to be lil clear, and if there is only agreement which you want sign between both the parties that has to be memorandum of understanding ( MOU ) That gives the assurance which has to be registered or notarised
