Recovery of loaned money to a friend in different city

I lent INR 30 lakhs in early 2024 to a friend in Hyderabad for buying a house. The loan was taken in my name via Tata Capital overdraft and transferred to him. He has only paid interest EMIs irregularly and has not repaid any principal. Despite repeated assurances, he is now mostly unresponsive. I have bank records and chats as proof but no written agreement. I seek legal advice for recovery.

Hi Sir/Madam As per your enquiry you can file a recovery suit before the competent court but you have to pay a court fee for 30 Lakhs. If you are interested fila a case against your friend for recovery of your money contact me. With regards K.Shashikumar Advocate
