RBL threatening for one emi delay

I had taken a property loan from bank During the loan processing period, i had informed them to open a Current account for emi debit from my fathers business. But, they had made auto debit against my account where, i already having 2emi of my personal loan. This was known to them. Still, they had attached my saving account for auto debit. Now, for this month, the emi which is overdue. Now,RSM is threatening to visit my hr and say i had defaulted the property loan. Is it legal for bank to apprach

You should immediately contact the bank with written proof of your earlier request and demand correction. File a complaint with the bank’s nodal officer and, if unresolved, escalate to the RBI Ombudsman. Retain records of all interactions. Consulting a lawyer with the loan documents is advisable to assess liability and seek redressal.
