Poonawala Fincorp personal loan pre cognizance notice from court

Hi,I have a personal loan of 1.07 lacs from Poonawala Fincorp ltd.I have paid monthly EMI of Rs.5873 for 4 months .I am jobless since last 7 months and I cannot pay regular EMI now.I recieved a pre cognizance letter from Kolkata Magistrate Court asking to appear on 13-6-2025 but I don't have any funds to settle now.What will be the next course of action from the Court if I don't appear and how to ask for more time for settlement.I need atleast 3-4 more months to settle my loan.
