My MobiKwik wallet freezed due to disputed amount

My MobiKwik wallet has been freezed by mobikwik for a cyber complaint , cyber cell instruct to bank to only freeze disputed amount which is only 2000 rupees and bank instruct MobiKwik to freeze all the trail of this transaction but MobiKwik not following peoper instructions of cyber cell order and respective court order about not freeze full Wallet or account only hold disputed amount but MobiKwik fully Freezed my wallet and my entire livelihood and all money freezed
