Money recovery from a known person

I have given money to one of known person through my credit card and loan as the person asked for emergency and told me will return on time pay emis and now not picking up the call and paying back as for proof I have phonepay transactions and what's app chat history need help on how to recover the money total amount 2 lakhs

As per your query, before filing suit you have to send one month mandatory demand legal notice, then if he fails to pay the amount as per demand notice you can file suit for recovery before the competent court.
