Local money debt lender Harassing me even after paying principal amoun

I already paid local debt lenders principal amount but still he is harassing me for interest amount and also giving threat for doing legal action

was it in written and you have proof of your payment if yes then you should give complaint to police authority first chek that lender have licence of it or not don't be afraid of any legal action if all the things are in written and you have proof of your payments
