Want to closed the loan but banks not auctioned my property

Ask for a Written Settlement /OTS Offer Banks MUST give an option for: One Time Settlement (OTS) Restructuring (if eligible) If the bank is refusing verbally, do this: Send an email + written application to the branch manager requesting: Loan closure amount Settlement amount Foreclosure statement Ask them to reply in writing.
